Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, an automated email containing a Tracking Link and Number will be sent to your email address.
Tracking details may take 24 to 48 hours to update on the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vellune™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, import taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will review the issue promptly to arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
